KS Jannette 42a64fc043 Add multi-step onboarding wizard to replace bare signup form

Introduces a 5-step guided flow (Create Account → Add Wallet → Alert
Rules → Notifications → Done) that takes new users from zero to fully
configured alerts in one linear session. /signup now redirects to
/onboarding; already-onboarded users who revisit /onboarding are
redirected to /addresses.

Koin Ping Frontend

React + Vite frontend for the on-chain monitoring and alerting system.

Getting Started

Install dependencies:
```
npm install
```
Run the development server:
```
npm run dev
```
Build for production:
```
npm run build
```
Preview production build:
```
npm run preview
```

Project Structure

src/api/ - API calls to backend
src/components/ - Reusable UI components
src/pages/ - Top-level page components
src/utils/ - Utility functions
public/ - Static assets

Development

The frontend runs on port 3000 and proxies API requests to the backend running on port 5000.
